The Esplanade and stunning white sands of Aldinga Beach are just a 500-metre walk from this modern, four-bedroom holiday home with everything you need for a blissful seaside escape.
With the potential to sleep up to 14 people, two generous living areas, two bathrooms and a huge backyard, the impeccable property is perfect for a getaway with a few friends or the extended family.
Aldinga Beach, part of the popular "coastal playground" that is the Fleurieu Peninsula and around a 40-50-minute drive from the city, is popular for swimming and snorkelling, and is also one of few beaches where you can take your car on the sand.
A huge, open-plan kitchen, dining and living space is the focal point of 25 Dover St, featuring a 10-seater dining table, two sofas, a large TV and DVD player. The kids will be kept entertained by a Wii, movies and indoor table tennis table, plus there is an iPod dock, books, toys and games.
The kitchen is well-equipped, housing a gas cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and island bench breakfast bar. There's also the bonus of a second dining room that can seat six.
Avoiding any potential squabbles over what to watch, the second living space has another TV and DVD player, along with two couches that can be turned into sofa beds.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in robe and en suite. Bedrooms two and three both have queen beds, while the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds for the kids. The main bathroom has a separate vanity area and a full-size bath and shower, and the fully equipped laundry is handy for longer stays.
Ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning will ensure a comfortable stay no matter what the weather.
Outside in the large, fully fenced yard you will find an eight-seat outdoor dining table plus a café setting, and basketball ring and grassed area for family games.
You can stock up on supplies at the Aldinga Shopping Centre, but if you don't fancy cooking on holiday, the village also has a hotel and a choice of café, restaurant and takeaway options. Within easy driving distance is the world-renowned food and wine of Willunga and McLaren Vale. The only thing you need to bring is yourself and a sense of adventure.

LINEN; All beds have doonas with covers that are used like a blanket, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. All beds require top and bottom sheets. Linen service can be provided upon request which includes sheets, pillow cases, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels.

CLEANING: The property is to be left in a high standard. If not, cleaning may be required at your cost. Otherwise cleaners are available at surcharge.
