- refundable security deposit of $200.00 (refunded after departure once no damage to property is confirmed)
- cleaning fee of $100.00
-An excess cleaning fee will be charged should the cleaning account be more than $200 for this property eg If cleaning account is $250 - you will be required to pay an extra $50 excess cleaning fee
