You can hear the beach beckon from this beautifully furnished holiday haven which offers all the comforts of home yet feels a million miles away from the madding crowd.
Comfortably accommodating up to eight people, with ceiling fans and reverse-cycle air-conditioning in most rooms, it is ideally located just a three-minute walk from the Esplanade. There is a smorgasbord of eating, drinking and playing options nearby, all presided over by the south coast's latest attraction – a giant Buddha statue at Sellicks Hill which personifies the region's tranquil essence.
The house's three bedrooms include an expansive master suite upstairs which opens onto the balcony and features a lovely en suite/second bathroom with double shower. Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms – one with a queen-sized bed, the other with two sets of bunk beds – as well as the main bathroom.
Two large separate living spaces – both with televisions, cosy sofas and welcoming contemporary décor – mean there is plenty of space for everyone.
The upstairs living area incorporates a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and large fridge. It opens onto a generous balcony with outdoor setting and barbecue, which will be welcome features for alfresco dining in summer. There are also two deck chairs for when you just want to kick back with a book and a beverage.
With another outdoor setting in the peaceful courtyard garden downstairs, and a park just over the road, there really is nothing left to be desired.

LINEN; All homes have doonas with covers that are used like a blanket, pillows and mattress protectors are provided. All beds require top and bottom sheets and/or covers for the doona. Linen service can be provided upon request which includes sheets & bath towels and tea towels.
